This weekend Kendall and I traveled to the University of Houston College of Optometry! [Side Note: Again, I love my husband so much for working so hard to accomplish the goals we have. I appreciate him so much!]

Did you actually think this RV was it? Well, this is the mobile part of the University. There is an actual building attached to the program.

The trip was good and fast. Kendall has been accepted to UHCO!!! Now is the time that we need to make our important decisions. More on that to come. 

On to the good part--visiting FAMILY. We were able to stay with Kendall's brother's family and his parents also came down. We did as many fun things as we could fit into one and a half days. We ate Mexican food, had ice cream/caramel apples, went to some hot spots, watched a movie, and walked on the beach. We had such a good time being with our family even though the visit was so short. Here are some pictures of the weekend.

Kendall loved to find things on the beach and go into the water. It was quite warm (compared to California). By the time we left the beach he was pretty soaked. It was nice to spend some time doing something fun instead of doing business (even if it was just for an hour). He also found a few little beauties (the shells I'm talking about not the crabs).
